I am first and foremost a consumer advocate, community volunteer, and a public servant. My entrepreneurial perspectives and free-market capitalist orientation are founded with a solid civic initiative.     

I am a husband to a wonderful wife, and father to 2 magnificent children, Angelina (14) and Viget (3).

I was a globetrotter, information trafficker, speculative bubble hunter/liquidator, occasional gardener, and "heretic in the temple."  I am a dye-in-the-wool contrarian investor, constant innovator, disruptive thinker, and serial entrepreneur. 

I have become an event-driven stay-at-home dad. I would like to use the spare time that I have gained from commuting/traveling on business to learn how to memorialize useful tips, information and intelligence, that I can share with my friends, and followers. Much to my delight, I have also so thoroughly benefited from, and enjoyed reading other people's fine writing and excellent commentaries, that I want to learn how to collaborate and produce valuable content to preserve my thoughts-in-writing online for my children, and whoever cares enough to stay in touch with my personal and professional endeavors. 

As a former professional risk arbitrageur and venture capitalist, I get paid to evaluate the upside of things and envision what is possible. In arriving at my conclusions and recommendations, I deal with incomplete information, sort through all the noise and interference, and come up (hopefully) with the right answer(s), for more than enough times to survive my own mistakes and blind spots. With over a quarter of a century of practice in flexible thinking, sustaining unwavering conviction, and delivering unconventional results outside the box, I have excelled at figuring out what works and what makes sense in the future, now that the internet has changed everything.

As an econnovationist, I look to invest early in disruptive innovations, game changing ideas, global paradigm shifts, that are emerging while everyone of us is sleeping around the world, and then sharing with you the kind of insight that would lead to profitable action.
